not a cop getting his own starring role in "world's dumbest criminals"

u can clearly see the baggie mess in his hand before he takes his left hand out of the camera's view for a few seconds, the baggie disappears, and then he "finds" the baggie of drugs in that woman's purse.

he wasn't clever enough to fully conceal the mess in his hand so it was completely out of view at all times.

@ 12:30 the state attorney says he specifically targeted low-income White people who looked dirty and fit the profile of people who abuse that specific drug

and when questioned during trial as to where the first baggie went, and why it disappeared before "finding" a new baggie....his excuse is that a semi truck musta SWOOSHED by and blew the "other" baggie he had in his hand away

actually pretty scary.

the way that woman just gave him permission to search with complete confidence that he'd find nothing in her vehicle.

"yeah of course officer! go on head...and hey! it'd be great if u found that 5 dollar bill that i lost in my truck lol!!!! "

and him haha! and hehe!'ing back with her as he prepares to get her ass locked up
