True but i think that's their goal with this one. A different twist on EVERYTHING we've come to know

but thats not a reboot tho imo. they need to just write a pilot for a whole new damn show if they want EVERYTHING in a completely different direction. but if its a reboot, i don't expect carbon copies, but i def exoect to see SOME iteration of the original character from the show it's rebooting.

i feel productions like this only use "reboot!" as a cheap way to garner support from the fan base of the original only to provide some mess that ain't really giving reboot outside of the damn character names.
