im making a quick trip tomorrow but i gotta get to the 'port extra early and wanted a back up plan just in case Ubers aren't available that early
so i search 24 hour taxi services and this one pops up...obviously from the rating itself they were automatically disqualified as an option for me, but i decided to dive into the reviews to entertain myself by seeing what could possibly drive such a low rating for the company
and i find this one review where the company management responds and is ROLLING their neck at the customer ...all the customer did is mention "i caught an uber instead" and the manager is on there like "yeah u damn right we aint uber! we cuz we actually take CARE of our customers! we LOVE of customers! "
all this neckk rolling and letting uber HAVE it about their poor customer experience and driver training with that 1 star rating hanging above like a damn mistletoe is taking me OWT
and the response in itself is just highly unprofessional. dragging another company AFTER making a laundry list of excuses as to why ur driver was an HOUR late. it's dripping with sass.
