mel didn't over talk ANYTHING. she laid out receipts and the girl was SPEECHLESS. she also got on TV and LIED saying that she didn't get any load when the, once again, receipts show that she indeed received a PPP loan. and her receipts that were supposed to be in response to melody's made NO sense.
