You can't do anything as a victim. If a person has a gun you are so vulnerable. I know gun laws will never change in the USA (I would ban all guns especially the bigger ones or at least change what type of people have guns). No one under the age of 21 should have one (may prevent some of these teens who shoot at their high school) and also people need to be mentally stable/really earn it. It won't help in this case, you can't screen people for being racist and a psychopath. It is very depressing.
