it's super clear this has nothing to do with Nas.
BET has been increasing their inclusivity over the past couple years
including Nas, POSE, LEGENDARY cast members in the shows, etc.
are we gonna say they invited Nas to perform and those other LGBT people because they predicted he'd drag them the next year?

this is obviously another step in what i knew was a gradual progression of inclusion for them.
love nas and I love BET for what they are CONTINUING to do.
they're not letting up or backing away from their efforts of inclusivity
we are witnessing more and more of it each year.
and guess what? this is a GOOD thing. let's not try to find (or even manufacture lol) the bad in it
