TLC is one of the rare groups where ALL of the members held their own in the looks department. Chilli was always traditionally feminine especially with the long hair and her demeanor so I think Lisa and Tionna were overlooked a little more in their earlier years because they had a masculine energy but once they came into their own during CSC it was on!
