we celebrate you king

i was gonna buy a mini-sculpture of him to honor him this year

but then i thought...what would HE want me to do to better honor him?
i think he would want me to do something more meaningful than buying something materialistic to decorate my place.

so i decided to donate to the King Center here in Atlanta.
founded by Coretta Scott King after his death - the King Center focuses on not only preserving his principles, but helping those in need with their many educational programs and resources.

If anyone's looking for a nice, simple way to honor King's legacy, this would be one idea.

Kalmyks are tribal Mongolic people who settled in Russia. It's estimated that only 300,000 Kalmyk descendants exist worldwide - with only 3,000 in America.
