I'm with Cyn on this one. There is a difference in being close friends and being best friends. Her and Kenya aren't "best friends." Cyn came in during the 3rd season so she and Nene had more time to develop an actual friendship. Kenya didn't show up until the 5th season and they didn't hit it off until the end of season 6 so...

It's so apparent that they aren't the type of friends that the other girls make them out to be..
They aren't CLOSE at all...
She didn't even know Kenya had a new boyfriend

I know everyone here is team Cynth but I don't like her. She is such a follower. The way Kenya reacted was stupid but Cyn could've called her before they left to make a commercial.

Kenya had an opportunity to show up to the pitch meeting. Hollywood Business 101 you don't show up to a meeting, you miss out on an opportunity. Kenya wasn't doing anything not to show up to that meeting. If anything, if Cyn didn't talk to her about ideas prior to them arriving in Jam, then she knew she was no longer apart of the project.

Ok but I thought Kenya did reach out to arrange another meeting.
When they asked Cyn if Kenya was out she couldnt even say yes. All of them are a bit weird when it comes to communication I guess. I wonder if they even hang out in real life

She didn't even hit up Kenya to discuss her failing marriage
She confided in her fucking assistant and sister
They aren't friends like that ..
When she introduced her man to Cynthia
It was clear as day that they aren't as cool as the cast and camera puts off
They are friends but not real friends..
Cynthia did nothing wrong
But I agree that she becomes very weak when nene comes around
Because I feel like she should've lashed Kenya for the way she treated Kim

But at the same time, Kenya shot herself in the foot for not showing up to the meeting

Kenya definitely did way too much on that ep but she really was just hurt. I would feel some kind of way too if I have a friend who invited me to Jamaica to take part in her commercial to some degree and then was told right there that I chose someone else (someone you don't like). Oh and by the way, behind your back, I invited a friend you and I have been talking trash about (who I also don't like) and now we're besties again. I really would be like "Who are you right now?"

We kinda also have to remember that Kenya's relationship with her mom is nonexistent. And so, that does kinda have an impact on her relationship with those who she may deem as her friends and how they resolve conflicts. She really doesn't deal with that well and probably won't ever in life.
