But she's clearly upset about the death of her husband, not really the boy making too much noise. It seems like she's just targeting him cuz it was an issue her husband had before he passed.

She's still fucking wrong though... and would've got READ nevertheless.

This is probably a way of her dealing with the grief.

It's a fucking apartment complex. If you don't want to hear your neighbors, then fucking move to a house.
