I find this law extremely stupid. If you want to sleep off your drunkenness, you should be allowed to sleep it off. Where's the "driving" in the DUI if the vehicle is parked?

Then they should charge her for obstruction of traffic or something. According to the legal definition, she's done, but I just find the definition ludicrous. Find an appropriate charge and jail the bitch..
