i just saw the extended footage and the actions made more sense to me
added a lot more context than the short clip in the OP
the guy was actually walking around the restaurant for a minute pointing the gun directly at everyone, as he collected the money
when i think of it...in those situations i guess u have to make sure the person is completely down and out
or "neutralized" ...there's no guarantee that just because you secured the first weapon that there isn't another somewhere ready for them to draw on you.
i think we've become so used to seeing police do the fuckin most for no reason (or because they claim they were in fear of their lives cuz someone was holding a spoon
) that situations like this where people have every right to feel in danger and take lethal action still raises questions
the shooter seemed genuinely upset that the gun was fake. like he was forced to do something that he really didn't have to or shouldn't have had to
he threw it to the wall in anger. viewing the footage in full, i can see why he got off (they pressed no charges).
cuz that first clip i saw wasn't cutting it for me.
