Congress needs to develop legislation for the insurrection act clause and they are working on that now. Dump is finished and this isn't a victory because he will still get his ass kicked in November.  Abortion rights are huge and he brags about eliminating Roe vs Wade plus the corrupt dog has 91 indictments. I honestly don't want Biden or Dump as president tbh and I can't help but think that the damns COON Clarence Thomas on the Supreme Court bullied Kentanji to vote against this. Seems unlike her.

The ruling is that States don't have the right to interfere with Federal elections.  Its up to Congress to take him off the ballots
