Significant Discovery: First known Black American family of Kalmyk descent

Takeaways: Be prepared to pivot, even when you think you're on the right track. Be OK with being wrong so you can get things right.

Kalmyks are tribal Mongolic people who settled in Russia. It's estimated that only 300,000 Kalmyk descendants exist worldwide - with only 3,000 in America.

what was her covid confession?
She admitted that she had COVID for a few of her shows during one of COVID's heights so people were outraged for a day about how she put people in danger.

Damn she killed someone (allegedly)  :disgusted:

From an article i just read:
QuoteSomeone even claimed, in a viral but unsubstantiated tweet, that their aunt died of Covid after going to a Lady Gaga concert. "We wouldn't have gone if we knew Gaga had Covid," the person wrote.

Yeah, the obsession that people have with trying to bring down Beyonce and Jay is weird.  Why is it always the black celebrities.  The same way people keep waiting for Oprah's downfall.  Crabs in a barrel syndrome

people sometimes think things like this are exclusively a "Black thing" and label them as such, but this is a weird and very interesting dynamic between celebs and consumers in general.

and very profitable as well.

magazines/outlets like National Enquirer are a perfect example of how White people love also love to see the big, mighty and rich fall - or at the very least, get caught off guard without makeup .sffsffssf

especially if they're beautiful AND rich/famous. and not "relatable" or "accessible" enough.  let's see some dirt on them. let us know when they gain 20 lbs!
