yall think its that distracting and will ruin it for you? if im guessing, i think the colors represent good and evil. like the queen of hearts hair is red cause she is evil, cinderella is good and her hair is blue. her daughters hair is also blue.

I think part of the reason why Brandy as Cinderella is so iconic is because she was able to be a Disney princess without having to compromise her blackness by wearing a straight wig or something.

A Disney princess with box braids was groundbreaking and powerful.

Forsaking that hairstyle for a cotton candy colored wig is entirely missing the point of why Brandy's Cinderella was meaningful to so many.

I just know the costume designer for this movie is white.

well i was on a reddit forum for the descendants and most fans of the series are just happy to have brandy back as cinderella.

also they pointed out that there are more than one retelling of cinderella.which i never really thought about. this one is the animated 1950s version. the rogers and hammerstein from 97 is a completely different version of cinderella. it doesnt have anything to do with her hair color just something i read the other day

i do think yall are doing to much on the color. its just blue. the hair looks good to me.  its not gonna ruin the movie cause her hair is blue. especially since main characters all have different color hair that represents something from what im reading
