that easy, huh lolz. what's the reason they aren't, what's the process of naturalization, what are the struggles that immigrants face regarding obtaining a naturalized status and how exactly are the immigrants asa whole hurting "us" (not the actions of a few). quickly.

Ulysses

They are acting as citizens and millions of non tax paying people are getting the resources that are meant for Americans that are struggling. Don't act so damn STUPID. Quick!!

Significant Discovery: First known Black American family of Kalmyk descent

Takeaways: Be prepared to pivot, even when you think you're on the right track. Be OK with being wrong so you can get things right.

Kalmyks are tribal Mongolic people who settled in Russia. It's estimated to be only 300,000 Kalmyk descendants worldwide - with only 3,000 in America.

first off, they pay taxes everytime they make a purchase at a damn STORE. that money stimulates our economy. secondly, they are not legal so they don't QUALIFY for any resources that Americans would, cuz you kinda need a social security number for that. and lets not breeze over how heavily so many of our industries rely on undocumented workers. youre just spouting off republican fear-mongering talking points, and you can't even answer in-depth on that because even then you still don't know what youre talking about.

Honestly there is nothing wrong with mass deportations. Obama did a lot of them during his terms and was known as the deporter in chief. Entering a country through non-legal channels is not a human right.

Black Americans are really the only group who have every single right to complain about America (and being in America, and all the mess that comes with it) as our ancestors were forced here. our story literally gives every bit of "i didnt ask to be here :uhh: "

but at the same time, people who are near and dear to me in own family wouldn't even exist if it weren't for their family immigrating here to flee persecution/hardships in the country they were born in. i'm well aware of what was going on in places like Russia in the early 1900s that pushed certain populations of people to America.

so i cant, with all seriousness, have some sort of anti-immigration stance.

and my heart is with those who come here with all good intentions, and just want a better life, and don't want to bother anyone.
(and don't strategically/intentionally infiltrate Black neighborhoods to profit off of us and disrespect us at the same time  :usuresis:  )

but Consuela can kick spicy rocks  :nogrammynoneck:

all presidents have carried out deportations. were def not ginna equalize because they are not equal. this particular president, the manner, mode, and intent behind it is what the issue is. he's talking about DENATURALIZATION. that means reversing someone's status ghat DID go through the legal channels. and people keep choosing to ignore impending effects on our economy. obama was able to ship em out while giving us the best economy weve seen in our lifetime. like, i really need the gors to start critically thinkingggg-a

Quote from: Ulysses on December 23, 2024, 10:56:27 PMSo tell them to legally become a citizen and continue to do their jobs. There is a reason they aren't and THAT is what's hurting us.

Even many 1st, 2nd, 3rd generation Americans and legal immigrants have chimed in and stated illegal immigrants should go the legal route. Obama was nicknamed the deporter-n-chief by ACLU and other orgs because of having the highest deportation rate even with an immigrant father. Resources allocated to illegal immigrants cost billions in state and federal taxes.

False.

Illegals in the country are getting food assistance, shelter assistance and are getting free care at hospitals when they are sick. This is an easy google search also.

Ulysses

Why DON'T you want them to go the legal route and just be legal??  :uhh:

This is the only political point I side with republicans on. It makes complete sense. Just have legal citizenship. Why NOT?? You wanna be here, live life like we do.
