If this was any other job Jess would've got fired for airing shit out publicly... and this is the first time I ever agreed with Envy during his take on the situation

this mess definitely spiked their ratings today but I hope a producer or a manager really gets into Jess' ass that this was unprofessional af b/c she was emotional that someone was doing her job better and let the comments get to her

I can see if she was on some Monique shit and get mistreated or disrespected but this is all ego

The station handled this situation wrong. I honestly think they intended to fire Jess but they don't know how to do it without getting backlash for firing a Black woman who just had a baby. This might be their "out". She might even quit because she's rarely there anyway and she doesn't feel like her cohosts have her back.

Yeah and during Women's History Month too, they def did this to let her look foolish about the situation publicly to prove some points during renegotiation...
