they at least gave it a bit of a modern twist by requesting Bitcoin instead of cash

but they're now thinking that the person/people who sent these "ransom notes" may have simply been opportunists looking to cash in on a highly publicized story

im thinking the same. especially since it's VERY hard to trace bitcoin mess

and whoever sent those ransom notes isn't being serious. there's been TWO deadlines given and both deadlines have passed with no note saying "game over she dead bitch"

seems like they're simply bluffing and hoping they blindly send the coin with no proof they actually are holding her mother.
