i think billboard is intentionally being edgy and "unexpected! not watcha thought huh?!" for engagement

like not so ridiculously outrageous that they'd seem incompetent or a complete joke, but just enough to spark a tea

and the first line of the post actually kinda makes the strategy super transparent (and almost too try-hard IMO)

They always been annoying with this INTERVAL mess. But I hope Jagged Edge makes it. Always thought they were underrated.

They're not very known but H-Town and Intro were some great 90s boy groups too.

I love that it is a staple in BA/ADOS households to introduce the oldies as a kid. U 15 years old knowing every word of the gap band's hits. 7 years old dancing to Cameo. Can run down at the age of 10 the whispers, sos band whole discography. U heard a run down in who the best chi-lites singer is.
Boomers & generation x had a time when they were coming up. Several of these legends need biopics and documentaries. 50s-80s is & will always be the best run in music.
