love to see it. BET ain't perfect but it's always been a space where we can just be our Black ass selves without worrying about code switching or "behaving" , a place where we can honor each other...which i feel is the highest honor because if the gorls who really KNOW what our tea is and what it's supposed to give ..people who KNOW the nuances...the nooks n crannies that make our things a thing....are saying you're slaying.....then baybee, you are SLAYING.
and just a place where u can just turn on the TV and just look at ourselves all day if/when we feel like it.
its amazing to see him come around to say what he's saying. handsome insightful self
