yeav that's why I'm going to Detroit.  Those Chicago tkts WENT and they were selling 200 level seats for 900 and 300 level for 600, so it was an immediate no for Chicago

Lucky you.

Summertime

The 50th anniversary is today. All the elders been reminiscing about where they were at when this album dropped and how they bumped it non stop. A Motown doc is needed asap. Nothing but hits off that motor city label. This album shifted the game like when Aretha shifted singing. 50s-70s greatest time in music

If king ever does a doc it needs to be multiple parts going from child prodigy including his mama going at Berry's throat. Stevie sits up there with John Coltrane and might just be the goat writer and artist with MJ slightly under him.

Off The Wall.

I got tickets to the DC show and I bought the EP he released on Monday with four songs that were intended for the album. Those songs are amazing. Stevie is a fucking musical genius. I don't give a flying fuck what anyone says. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE can match his musical ear. I'd love for him to get back to writing and producing for other artists like he did in the 70s. Minnie Ripperton's "Take A Little Trip" is still a classic. Even the version with him on it as well. Ugh.
