This is amazing because it proves that being faithful to the source material is the way to go. It made more than most Pg-13 comic book movies, and Fox actually tried to make this film PG-13 for years because they were pussies. The best part about this is now we KNOW the final :( Wolverine film with Hugh Jackman is going to be rated R the way it should be! The last Wolverine movie was made as an R rated movie, but they cut all the blood out and it didn't really do well! This is a great day to be a comic book fan.

pray!!

but dont expect Wolverine movie to be rated -R. Hugh just doesnt care, lol. And Fox will still think "Wolverine should be for all publics"  :dead:

But anyway, I dont care about Wolverine. Im bored to death with the character, lol. Give me more Cyclops, Jean, Storm, Nightcrawler, Angel and co. please

I fully expect Wolverine to be R. They are adapting Old Man Logan, which basically needs to be R anyway. Deadpool just made more money in 4 days than the last Wolverine film (which was really good!) made in it's entire run! That's crazy. I have the R rated version on Blu Ray and it has a scene where he is throwing ninjas into a woodchipper!

The biggest reason why Fox won't think twice about this though, is they do not have the rights to make toys or any merchandise based on the X Men characters. So it wouldn't be a case of a boy playing with his Wolverine figures, but not being able to see the movie. I think Fox will keep the X-Men movies PG, and have a whole other line of R rated films, including X FORCE!! ahhh

XForce will be awesome, I can already tell.

Im a bit sad they want Deadpool 2 before that, so we'll have to wait 3 to 5 years for the team.

By the way, New mutants are coming too, and that will be sooo cool too! more than most Fox movies, lol. Mark my words
