Was all that necessary?
Yes. If I were at an establishment and asked them to correct an error, and they told me "do it yourself next time", that's pretty much telling you they don't want or need my business. It's pretty disrespectful, and unprofessional.

But because she's Black and is raising her voice a bit, we have her labeled as a "ratchet hoe".

Who called her a ratchet hoe?  :uhh:

She didn't need to act like that. There are plenty of options.

1. Go to a manager

2. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

3. Call corporate

4. Leave and write a bad review online

5. Try politely asking-- usually goes over a lot better

6. Walk out

7. Tell friends the place sucks

8. Go to another salon and ask them to fix it for a discount and you'll start going there

I mean yelling and all that isn't necessary.  :letsmessfag:

Well, she wasn't acting like an educated queen ready to change the world either. She had choices. Made bad ones.

Businesses fuck up daily. This option is the last resort if the ones I mentioned didn't work out.
