Nothing because I haven't heard/seen it.  I don't have Tidal or HBO and I don't care enough to seek it out. I guess I am in the 2% of people who neither love or hate Beyonce.  I haven?t even heard/seen Formation except for her Super Bowl performance. It wasn't for me.

I guess I'm just stuck in an old way of thinking but I was really hoping for more solidly structured songs with easily definable hooks and melodies. Granted I only caught the last 20 minutes of her HBO mess, I wasn't really floored by anything I heard.

This is probably just my nature but I really tend to cringe when people get all deep, so those spoken word segues and things in the video had me leaving the room  . Then again that could just be my issue, as a lot of other people seem to live for it. To me it's just doing the most (I HATE the Long Distance phone convo intro so I'm not just shading Beyonc?).

I like that she's being creative so I'll probably purchase when it's physically released. Maybe without the visuals I'll like the songs more.

When I heard that Halle got cheated on
I realized NO woman is fucking safe or exempt. 

To us she's "BEYONCE", but I mean to him that's his wife.
He sees her in the morning without the glitz and glam and mess.
I'm sure she's just as beautiful but you get what I mean.

He's used to her. We couldn't imagine it cuz she's "BEYONCE" to us, but it's very possible.
At the end of the day I don't think men are programmed to be faithful. It's the social standards put in place that force them to TRY and be.

Yeah... I'm hoping it grows on me though but so far I think the songs are mediocre.
