Yea u could read between the lines. Somebody said his breath was atrocious.  They were so thirsty to put that REAL shit in there last week and its COMPLETELY outta sequence. This week she's happy go lucky. Last week's EP wasn't even that good. They coulda left it as is

To be honest it was the worst food I've had in years. The grit cake was nasty and the wings tasted and smelled old. The seafood blend was over seasoned and it tasted like something out of a can.

the bartender (young lady) who was working that night had horrible customer service skills it took her 10min to even acknowledge me!

Trina was there. She never came over and introduced herself, didn't acknowledge us at all. That was a bit disappointing and made us feel like she did not appreciate our business and our coming out and supporting her. Her son Eric was a great host and talked us to death. I guess he felt he should make up for his mom's lack of manners. I'm not sure if I will go back.
but I was highly disappointed. My friend and I came around 10:30 for a drink and girl talk. We sat at the bar, it took 10mins for the young lady to acknowledge us.
he still said NO with an attitude and just like that our experience was ruined!

I had the WORST experience ever at a restaurant tonight at Bar Chix. Horrible! My waitress Kia is no way suited to be a waitress. It took Fifteen minutes before anyone came to my table to get a beverage order. After she came I ordered their dulce de leche cheesecake. The cake was very thinly sliced and maybe two inches wide. I took one bite out of it and noticed a sour milk taste. I told my waitress about it and she said, "well, you kind of ate the whole thing. My manager isn't going to take this off." I replied, "I took one bite of the cake." She walks off and doesn't come back to the table. My boyfriend went to the bar and paid the full bill and we left. Is that really how they're treating their paying customers?! I will NEVER return there! Never!!! No manager came to see my concern, the waitress never returned, and the overall customer service experience was terrible! Kia you suck! I could care less about the $4, but being rude to a customer is a no no.

There were 4 waitresses behind the bar. We waited 20 minutes and were not served. They did not even take drink orders. After the 20!min, we just left. Very disappointed. We drove 45 min for nothing!

My friend and I went to bar chix today and the Manager, bartender and waitress was not friendly at all, I ended up canceling my order!! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!!

Every restaurant has bad reviews tho.  U have to take bad reviews with a grain of salt. Some people can't be pleased.  Like that one lady talking about Trina didn't come over and say HI. For what?  How many owners just go around to tables saying hi? U talk to your waiter. I think some people probably go with the anticipation of meeting trina. The business actually looks very nice imo
