Why can't Brandy be nominated for Chicago? Is it only for Chicago or could she be nominated if she did other shows? I want her to win a Tony.

'Chicago' doesn't qualify for a Tony.  It has a residency on Broadway hence it being there for 20 years since its revival in 1996 which won a number of Tony's. 

If she gets cast in revival of 'The Wiz' she'll certainly qualify for a nod because it'll be the first revival since its Broadway premiere in 1975.

She's finished her run. Heather Headly stepped in & took over & is ANNIHILATING Shug Avery.  She's kinda made Broadway her home. She's won a Tony for 'Aida' & did 'The Bodyguard' on West End in London.  She stay booked!
