Wow, this sounds terrible.  My aunt has anxiety attacks when she has to drive on the highway. I thought it was so random and not that big of a deal but apparently it's pretty serious
scary

I guess maybe the best way is to try your best to get out of your own head, but onviously that's easier said than done. I'd do whatever I can to avoid taking prescription drugs though

I Hate relying on pills for ANYTHING

Write down all the activities you do throughout the day.
All the places you went, etc.

Just journal it for 2-7 days.
And identify when the episodes happen.
@ what time, under which circumstances.
EVEN if it's random, at that moment.

Start with that.
i love that. Been thinking of getting a journal

FINE.

My anxiety fluctuates. I get really overwhelmed and on edge. General and social. But I realized my sleep pattern is fucked (now moreso because of work) and my diet isn't the best. Those two can play a major part. I really don't wanna have to take meds. Eek

And I'm about to start journaling. :ohwow:

Maybe, it's a person. Like do you get it while you're at a place or heading there, etc.

Ch, how about WORK

Omg this happened to me when I moved here 2 years ago and I started university. I didn't know anybody and I was nervous as HELL and I think it triggeted what might have been anxiety attacks. The symptoms are exactly as you described them.

They haven't happened to me since then tho.
