All of this is just too much. I can't bring myself to watch the videos of those men being shot by cops b/c it turns my stomach even just thinking of it
It's sad that it's got to come to this for anything to change. People having to lash out against their oppressors in order to get heard. I'm not condoning shooting cops but I can't say I don't understand how it can come to that. Just finally like, "you know what, fuck it, they keep killin us

As a white guy, how do I stand in solidarity with the black community on this? There's a fine line and I don't wanna be one of those white people who just comes off like they're trying to get validation/approval. I genuinely empathize with the black lives matter movement, and I hope all y'all know that I value your rights and freedoms as much as my own.
