This Tuesday, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Tommie Lee shared a video on her Instagram which chronicled her being yanked out of the back of a police car. Although she was noticeably drunk, the reality star claimed that she was unjustly manhandled by the officer and alleged that after the cop slammed her to the ground, she blacked out from hitting her head. The story was kind of sketchy though as Tommie never explained why she was getting handcuffed in the first place.

It turns out that the car was pulled over by Georgia State Patrol after noticing a lot of movement in the car. To their surprise, Tommie had actually been drunk driving and switched seats with the driver. Her friend up front had confessed everything after being questioned by police and that is why Tommie was arrested, so the aftermath of that is what we see in the dashcam video. Her rants and raves only added insult to injury no pun intended.

Tommie Lee was booked for drunk driving, disorderly conduct and driving on an expired license, but not before relieving herself in the back seat of the patrol car. TMZ says that she blames the cops for not taking her to a restroom.
