Meghan Trainor deserves better in her new music video for her Yo Gotti-assisted Thank You song ?Better.?

At first glance, you?d assume Trainor?s video for ?Better? would center around some romantic relationship gone wrong, but it doesn?t. It?s a troubling journey on the relationship between her and her drug addict grandfather who?s in and out of prison. Kind of a bummer to watch, but it?s refreshing to see Trainor try something other than the cute pop star shtick. Watch:
