Shouldn't have doubted KING

Initially, I was disappointed because the production of the album as a whole is damns near identical to the last and uneventful. There aren't moments where you're like 'woo!' except during 'Pretty Sweet' and the middle of 'Nights'.
But this lyrical content

It's really superior to Channel Orange and makes the album seem elementary. I really enjoy when music makes me think and this faggot has metaphors and references for days

Beyond that, he changed his subject matter from confused heartbroken fag to mended heart and moving on with a hint of consciousness fag.
I've just come to the conclusion that this is who he is -- somber, mysterious, complexity covered with a shroud of simplicity, and normal. The fag doesn't really like being a celebrity and somehow manages to still seem like a normal person through his music.
The album as a whole displays who Frank Ocean is -- again, but this time it digs a little deeper into his thoughts. And honestly I can see how that isn't appealing. I feel like at this point you have to be a fan of him to some level, otherwise the songs just seem confusing or may not resonate well with the casual listener.
Although I don't care for 'Self Control' (the song just drags after a while) listening to it 3 months later -- I can't find a flawless song

Give it a second listen fags.
