We stop existing and just at peace. I don't believe in the afterlife or anything like that. I fear dying alone not really dying itself.

People don't realize how important having friends and family is. 

These stories I hear about people dying and no one finding their body until a month later.  It's crazy how disconnected some are from other people.



Reminds me of this movie based on a true story.  She was dead in her apartment for 3 years and no one knew.  She was only 38.

Yes I think it is all very natural but on earth we can't really understand and it is difficult to lose the people around us.

I think I worry about losing those around me, more-so than my own passing.

Energy can't be destroyed, only transformed.

So, I have this like weird fear of dying.  Not like, Oh I'm gonna die tomorrow!

But just about the fact that all of us are going to die at some point, and it seems like we live never thinking about that reality.  Like, one day in some way, we are all going to be dead.  And it creeps me the fuck out!

I think about that all the time.

We're simply occupying a period of time that will eventually come to pass. That realization humbles the fuck out of you, I'll tell you that much.
