Mental patients literally have less rights than a damn prisoner!  I couldn't imagine having no ownership over my body and being forced to take mind numbing drugs.  Plus the longer they keep you the higher your bill so you know they overreact to everything you say.  If you show signs of being upset (which is a normal response to being held against your will) then you are a danger to yourself etc..
