I think it really depends on your age.

I could see someone older investing in a home. Younger traveling the world.


I'd travel the world tho.

Buy a home. Rent is a waste of money and if you're traveling that much you can rent the place out to someone else for an overpriced amount.

Traveling the world is amazing. It's like you step into a fucking portal (the plane), sit for a couple hours and BAM!!!   , you're in a totally different fucking place. There's nothing like it.

Home ownership is very important, though. Once I finally put my finger on which state I want to settle in, rent will be something of the past. It's always wiser to invest in your own tea, but having all your ducks in a row is key. No sense of buying a home only to have it foreclosed because you went out on a limb.

But for now, yeah world and domestic travel.
