An explosion caused a partial collapse of a building at C[youtube autoplay=1 width=1][/youtube]urtis Bay Medical Waste Services near the recycling center and landfill in Petersburg, according to the Petersburg Fire Department.

Three people were transported to the hospital, and are in stable condition, after the blast that happened around 2 p.m.
