there needs to be something better

what doesn't trans sexual even mean?!

a prefix meaning ?on the other side of,? referring to the misalignment of one?s gender identity with one's biological sex assigned at birth:

well sex has always been the term for gender
and if that sex is transitioning from one to the other transexual sound about rite

but your right there has got to be a way to illustrate the change in gender without a sexual connotation
