Yeah it's just a random list and the ranking isn't that important. I like the fact that they acknowledged some of the underdogs like Miki Howard, Rachel Farrell, etc. I like what they had to say about each female artist too.

I love Liyah.
But her positions have been heightened due to her passing, IMO.
