I think it's because white people have made Caitlyn the face and spokesperson of transgender women. And every time Trump makes a decision regarding LGBTQ, the media always seeks Caitlyn's reaction, and every time she issue a "call me" to Trump but never denounces him. It's all about her pockets because she's silent and complicit when it comes to him rolling back rights for minorities.

If this were anybody else, then I'd agree that she doesn't owe her community anything, but  when you allow yourself to be the face or even token of your minority group, you take on responsibilities. This is no different than Ben Carson and Omarosa being complicit.
