6ix9ine May Face Prison Time If He Does Not Pass GED as Part of Plea Deal in Child Sex Case

Rapper 6ix9ine, currently in the middle of sentencing proceedings after pleading guilty in a child sex case, may face prison for something far less disturbing than uploading a video of a 13-year-old child engaging in sex acts?failing his GED.
As part of his plea deal in the fall of 2015, Jezebel reports the "Gummo" rapper agreed to complete his GED. On Tuesday, he admitted he hadn't yet done so in the past two-plus years, despite potentially facing between one and three years behind bars if he fails to meet the terms of his plea agreement.
6ix9ine's plea, for "the use of a child in a sexual performance," dates back to an incident in February of 2015.
The rapper was at an apartment in Harlem with several other men (one, Taquan Anderson, was charged separately), who invited a 13-year-old girl over. She was videotaped performing oral sex on Anderson while 6ix9ine "stands behind the child making a thrusting motion with his pelvis and smacking her on her buttocks."http://www.complex.com/music/2018/01/6ix9ine-may-face-prison-time-does-not-pass-ged-plea-deal-child-sex-case?utm_campaign=musictw&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_medium=social
