I'm great at it. All I can say is practice, practice, practice. That's how I became good at it. The Q & A part idk what to tell you, that to me sounds like the easier part.

You can't be intimated if you take control of a conversation

Don't look at them as a crowd, look at them as individuals and look everyone in the eye as if you're speaking to them 1 on 1

Then you'll feel less like there's 500 people staring at you
i love this. I wasn?t gonna say this but this is perfect

HATE it, but I'm good at it.

For me, it's all about preparation. If I feel well prepared or at least just know wtf am talking about or actually care about what I'm presenting, it kills most of the anxiety for me.

Other than that, I realize that people ain't fucking listening and don't give a fuck about what you're presenting anyway, so that eliminates a lot of the pressure for me too.

If I have a little stumble during a presentation, I'm always like "these fags don't know wtf I'm talking about anyway...." and keep going. Sssssssxsssssdddddd

I do this thing where I glance but don?t really look at anyone until I?m comfortable and things are going smoothly.

I?m in marketing so it?s a different game for me. I have to present things every other day.

If you get really nervous just tune everyone out and act like you?re having a 1 To 1 with someone you know.
