How do you deal with the he constant sunlight/darkness?

Well the way ur supposed to deal with it is alarm clocks
Putting aluminum goil on ur windows to block out daylight or some light reflective curtains

And during winter when its dark ur supposed to keep ur s..a.d. lights on a nd poppin

I can sleep thru the day light its kust hard settling down

Honestly it sounds horrible lol but i know you're accustomed to it. Congrats on the new job

Lol thanks  and i am.used to it but the body still fights against it

Anytime i visit the lower 48 with regular daylight nighttime schedule my body falls in line

Thats what they told me

They was like vincent applied alvin applied symone applied and all of them had been in their role (ppul within the 3 branches that inter connect)
