He looks like he could be a teenager. He likely used a fundraiser ruse. I'm very shook because I I would've made the naive mistake of opening the door. I would be on high alert if I suspected someone was posing as a maintenance man or delivery driver especially if I wasn't expecting those services but not a teenager selling candy for a fundraiser. He knew that since he's Asian he woudn't be intimidating as we don't associate them with violent crime.  I'm fucking shook. I hope theshaderoom or another outlet posts this so others are aware.
