Some people will have something, others won't.
We can't shield people from that -- they will experience it, eventually.
Everyone does. Even the richest of the rich.

I think they should tackle down on bullying before banning jackets.

I would protest a bit

Why should I alter my wardrobe and possibly get SICK from being cold because you can?t afford a jacket?

I went to a performance arts school & we had uniforms but they didn?t require a certain type shoe sooooo the issue remained for most kids.
