Peeing outside doesn't require you to register as a sex offender in GA unless you do it in front of a minor and It's charged as a Lewd Act or disorderly conduct

In GA there are 3 levels and most level 1 charges don't require the defendant to register as a sex offender bc they are misdemeanor charges.  Statutory rape becomes a felony if the victim is under 16 and the defendant is over 21
