Well they're little White girls and Normani looks nothing like them sfsf
How can they really draw a connection to her ?
Some people have no issue idolizing people who look absolutely nothing like them but many people gravitate toward those who they can see a bit of themselves in.
I'd say that scenes like this kinda came with the territory of Normani being in a majority-White pop girl group.
I'm sure a lot of their little Black girl fans hugged Normani just a bit tighter than they did Camila.
This is so ignorant. Black embrace those that look like them in a sense of being proud, but not prejudiced.
The world has been forced, to love white people. Whites have a sliding scale of how they liked based on how much they look like them. Unfortunately Normani is close to the end of that scale.
Same way Christina and Britney can sell millions more than Brandy and Monica. Whites are prejudiced, even when they are not racist. Whites do not watch "black" movies, who we have no issue watching a movie without a single black actor, this is what is normal to us.
Most whites don't support those who dont look like them, and theres no way to flip that!
