i spoke to your original point which was that if you follow the law and u trust it then no murder will take place by cops
but if you want to just avoid it all together well
change your skin like michael cause they call em while sitting in starbucks minding their business
and they call them while breaking the law with their dogs off leashes
so avoiding is what doesnt make sense imo
