he said absolutely nothing that would even hint towards dencouncing are talking negatively in regards to the black live matter movement. i'm stunned and would like to know what exactly she said that would allow anyone to come to that conclusion.

and that was a fact. how does stating one fact in regard to this situation translate to "she's trying to discredit the blm movement?"

a cop didn't do this. that doesn't negate the issue of police brutality and racial injustice in this country.

she made that comment in conjunction with her more broad point.

while we have the eyes and ears and hearts of the country regarding the movement, let's not diminish or distract from that by causing death in our own community. she was saying the police didn't do this because she wanted to drive home the point that this is also something we need to be focusing on, while we fight for police reform. a child was killed.

i think it's really important that we try to really understand where people are coming from before rushing to judge & insult them.

i really wish, especially in this time we're in, we wouldnt be so quick to shit on our fellow black people (and i'm not talking about the candace owens and herman caines)
