Honestly I don't think white women go out trying to get a mixed bvy, for the most part.
They just really love themselves some black men the children are a result of that
I've never seen a white woman talk about making sure her bvy had good hair and mess.

But I do believe a lot of them sexualize black men, and enjoy their typically hypermasculine presence.
