Force them to step their cookies up and put some fire under their ass. Once they become privatized best believe other GREAT companies will jump at the opportunity to demolish them with superior customer service and competency.

It's easy for an entity to remain stagnant and even careless in certain areas when they feel protected and immune. Shake em up.
