So there was evidence that her bf shot the gun? I'm asking bc I don't know.
Oan: I think what happened is they knocked in the door while Breonna & Kenneth was in the bed with the tv on and both probably sleep, Breonna got up grabbed a gun to go check what was going on and when she walked into the hallway the cops got scared and immediately started shooting. The cop got shot by one of the stray bullets and they realized they killed her so they said they were shot at and they were protecting themselves.
I say this bc the hallway from the door to her room is narrow and if Kenneth was in the hallway to shoot at the cops he would've been shot too bc he had nowhere to run or hide in the hallway. He wasn't shot so that's why I don't believe he was in the hallway to shoot at the cop. On the other hand both him and the cops said someone shot at the cops first. But what's really bugging me is the gun was under the bed when the swat time came in after the cops killed her. How did it get there? If she had it in her hands it would've been thrown up in the air after she was shot not thrown down under the bed. None of this makes sense.
